Ashish embarked on his journey as an Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) Candidate Member in the year 2020, dedicating himself to the rigorous appraisal of properties across various asset classes, ranging from retail to industrial and multi-family to agricultural lands. Enduring countless commutes from urban hubs to rural locales and confronting numerous challenges along the way, he strengthened his academic and professional foundation by completing the Post Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation (PGCV) from the University of British Columbia (UBC), and persevered until he achieved his coveted AACI designation, the highest designation awarded by AIC.

Ashish has worked closely with strata corporations and property managers to provide detailed, compliant, and practical long-term capital planning solutions in the Depreciation reports. Also, he has acted as Joint Expert for legal / family law matters pertaining to the property valuations.

Throughout his professional journey, Ashish had the privilege of collaborating with industry experts in the realms of appraisal and reserve fund planning, whose invaluable teachings and guidance propelled his career advancement. He endeavors to contribute his services as a Professional Appraiser and Reserve Fund Consultant. 

 

​Ashish is an active volunteer with AIC-BC, contributing to various committees to support the advancement of the appraisal profession and industry initiatives.
